Lautman Maska Neill & Company, an award-winning consulting firm specializing in direct response fundraising for non-profits, announced the promotions of Bryan Evangelista to Vice President and Mike DeFlavia to Production Director, along with additional promotions and new hires company-wide.

Bryan Evangelista has been promoted to Vice President. Bryan joined the firm in 2009 as an Account Executive and his keen analytic and fundraising skills have been delivering results for his clients ever since. His successful campaigns have been recognized numerous times, receiving industry awards. In his new role, Bryan will lead Lautman’s analytic department.

Michael DeFlavia has been promoted to Production Director. Mike joined the firm in 2007 and has been a critical part of our production team ever since. He is incredibly detail oriented and relentless in producing the highest quality campaigns for our clients. Mike gives back to the industry by generously volunteering his time and talent, having served as President of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington in 2013.

Lautman Maska Neill & Company is also pleased to announce that Paige Doster-Grimes was named Chief Operating Officer – Cooperative Business. In her new role, Paige will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s Meals on Wheels Direct Mail Fundraising Co-op. The Co-op, which raised more than $10.7 million for senior nutrition programs in 2014, will celebrate its 15th year in 2015.

Additional promotions were announced as well: Vicki Viera’s exceptional fundraising and creative expertise has been recognized with her promotion to Account Manager; Nava Pickman, a skilled fundraiser whose analytic mind and creative thinking have been an asset to her clients, has been promoted to Senior Account Executive; and Jillian Leslie has been promoted to Account Executive.

The promotions come in advance of four new hires: Elizabeth Morrow as Senior Account Executive; Tania Blagrove as Client Services Representative – Cooperative Business; Michael Burke as Production Assistant and Rachel Kottler as Digital Account Executive.
