Lautman Announces Promotions and New Hires!

Lautman Maska Neill & Company, an award-winning consulting firm specializing in direct response fundraising for nonprofits, announces company-wide promotions of staff as well as new hires

Lautman Maska Neill & Company is pleased to announce the promotions of Bryan Evangelista and Lesley Hostetter to Senior Vice President. These promotions reflect Bryan’s and Lesley’s commitment to the strategic vision of the Company and our continued growth.

“Bryan’s exceptional fundraising skills have been delivering results for our clients for more than a decade, and this has proven instrumental as his portfolio has expanded to include Doctors Without Borders USA,” said Lisa Maska, Partner. “His leadership of our growing analytics department is serving the Company and our clients,” she added.

“Lesley’s innovative approach to fundraising has led to incredible growth for organizations like PCRM and the Human Rights Campaign, and her hands-on leadership of our expanding Digital Department is without parallel,” said Tiffany Neill, Partner.

In their new roles, Bryan and Lesley will be focusing on providing excellent service to our clients, as well as continuing to manage their growing departments and foster talent within the firm.

Also promoted were Vicki Viera to Vice President, and Lynsey Gallagher to Account Director.

“Vicki does an amazing job managing award-winning fundraising campaigns for Heifer International — along with other local and national nonprofits — while simultaneously training our next generation of Account Executives. Kudos go out to Devon Bruzzone who was promoted to Account Executive, Janise Harris for her promotion to Graphic Designer and Eileen Judd who is now a Production Coordinator.
