Account Director

As a leader in the nonprofit fundraising space, we are growing and are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team.

In this position, you will direct the implementation of all aspects of direct response fundraising strategy for select nonprofit clients. Leading a multi-channel team, you will generate and implement innovative fundraising campaigns; become intimately familiar with your clients’ mission; and maintain strong client relationships — they will come to rely on your fundraising expertise — as you work together to build and grow a strong and committed donor file.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least ten years’ experience working in direct response fundraising with some of that time having been at an agency; detailed knowledge of direct response fundraising and campaign execution including analysis and budgeting; the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong analytic skills, strong attention to detail, strong writing skills; strong management skills; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors and co-workers. Online and list experience is helpful.

Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

We are growing! And are looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dedicated team of digital changemakers.

In this position, you will take the lead running digital advertising programs for our nonprofit clients. You will work as part of a multi-channel team to manage both the strategy and execution of advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, monitoring results and providing recommendations to optimize performance, and budgets, along the way.

To succeed in this position, you should have 3 or more years’ experience working in digital advertising, preferably with a nonprofit, advocacy organization or agency. You have experience using Google Campaign Manager and Facebook Business Manager and experience running integrated campaigns including display, search, YouTube and social media. You understand pixels management. You should be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, work well as part of a team, be able to multi-task, and have a passion for the nonprofit sector.

In-house Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team of in-house artists. This is a great opportunity to hone your design skills, working within existing brand guidelines to create a range of projects including printed direct mail components, art assets for email and social as well as digital ads that raise critical funds for nonprofits with worthy missions.  

To succeed in this position, candidates must have experience with direct marketing and/or fundraising, and should have a minimum of five (5) years experience in graphic design and production. The person must maintain a high level of technical expertise in desktop publishing including proficiency and experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and be well versed in the principals of graphic design and typography as well as print and digital production.  

Strong attention to detail; solid communication skills; the ability to work unsupervised producing art files from creation, through multiple rounds of edits, to release to vendors; and being capable of working on multiple jobs simultaneously are essential.
