Lautman Maska Neill & Company has developed from the shared values of Partners Tiffany Neill and Lisa Maska. Both began their careers working for non-profit organizations and then honed their craft under the mentorship of direct response pioneer Kay Lautman.

The company they’ve built reflects their commitment to innovation and excellence in direct response fundraising, their belief in the power of non-profit organizations to improve the world we live in and their personal goals of leaving the world a better place.
